formed in January of 2022 as a side project of The Adorabulls to play some indoor winter gigs while The Adorabulls had agreed to take a break from gigging to focus on some other projects (writing/recording some original tunes!) and personal issues.

Mike reached out to Jeff, a tremendous musician and close family friend, about joining Mike & Mike for some gigs. Jeff jumped in, but we all agreed that we needed to develop our own identity and not just be a different version of The Adorabulls. When we started thinking about what could make us unique, we quickly settled on delivering specific genres of music that we connected with at different times on our lives, that is often under-represented, but still has mass appeal, in a very different way.

Michael A Keller transitioned from playing a SUITCASE and MILK CRATE to a MAKESHIFT COCKTAIL DRUM KIT. Jeff brought his unique acoustic stylings and soulful vocals to synth and sample driven songs. Mike still mostly screams "SOCIALLLLL" all night...

The result is an Acoustic take on High-Energy Alternative, New Wave, and Hip-Hop party songs, delivered in a way that is technically sound without taking themselves too seriously, recognizing that the goal is to provide a FUN experience for our audiences to CONNECT and RE-CONNECT with music.

Acoustic Bass / Vocals

Mike grew up listening and loving all varieties of music...Jamming VANILLA FUDGE on the Pump Organ with his dad, Skating to the DEAD MILKMEN on the Half-Pipe he made with his cousin, or attempting HEAD SPINS on a refrigerator box listening to RUN DMC.

Mike discovered his father's bass guitar in 6th grade and immediately started his first skate-punk band, DAD'S NUKE. He's been playing in band's ever since, including: "Grunge before grunge was a thing" DREADMILL; "Hardcore Suburban Hip-Hop" MODERN SCHOOL OF ENGLISH; "Fraternity Beer Rock" STEEL CITY; "Alt-Country / Grange Rock Pioneers" SPIDER KELLY; and "Party Band with Weird Instruments" THE ADORABULLS.

Mike is excited to re-connect with the music that was blasting from his own BOOMBOX through-out the different times in his life and performing them in a way that is fun and engaging for all audiences!

Cocktail Kit Drums / Slide Whistle /  Vocals

Michael A. Keller is a multi-Instrument musician with musical influences that range from NAPOLEAN XIV (They're Coming to Take Me Away Ha Ha) to KRAFTWERK, AFRIKA BAMBAATAA with SOUL SONIC FORCE, and THE CARDIACS. He loves being part of something unique and brings energy, personality, and weirdness (in a good way!) to every project! He knows he's different, it's OK to laugh!

Acoustic Guitar / Vocals

Jeff is a guitar virtuoso and highly accomplished singer/Songwriter. From playing IRON MAIDEN in his friend's basement to attending the Musician's Institute in LA where he forged relationships and experiences that would guide his career as a professional musician.

Jeff has played in many bands including: MOTHER'S EYES, EVENBETTER, LAST FALL, and JD STRUM, and has had a successful solo acoustic career opening for National Touring Acts such as SISTER HAZEL and playing weddings, corporate events, and showcases throughout the US and in Europe. He's huge in Australia.

Jeff is excited to play songs that are familiar to him, that he's listened to thousands of times, but has never played live before. Hip-Hop is admittedly a bit outside of his comfort zone but is letting his inner MC bust out!
